PoliticPulse is a news aggregator that displays headlines, summaries, and links to political news articles sourced from third-party RSS feeds. We do not produce or own the original news content. All articles link directly to their original sources. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of third-party content.
3. User Accounts
You may register for an account to participate in discussions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. User-Generated Content
By posting comments, you grant PoliticPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your comments. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, illegal, or in violation of any third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: use the service for any unlawful purpose; post spam, misinformation, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
The PoliticPulse brand, design, and original editorial content are protected by copyright. News article content belongs to the respective publishers. RSS feed content is reproduced under implied licence from publishers who provide public RSS feeds, with all articles linking to the original source.
7. Advertising
PoliticPulse displays advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. By using the service, you acknowledge that advertising may be displayed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that news content will be accurate or up to date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoliticPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
